Commercial Vendor

The spaces for Commercial Vendors are limited, consequently, applications will be accepted on a first received first accepted basis.  If all of the spaces have been filled your application will be placed on a waiting list and your will be notified of your position on this list.

The Event area will be patrolled by Security during non-event hours.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • All applications must be accompanied by four (4) photos: three (3) showing samples of your goods for sale and one (1) of your booth.
  • Photos are accepted electronically. Images should be of jpeg/tiff/gif/png format with image size less than 1.8 MBs.
  • Alternatively, photos may be mailed with the application. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope with your entry form only if you want your photos returned.
  • Please note any specific requests that you may have on the application form. We will try, but cannot guarantee all requests.

  • Checks will be deposited upon receipt.  Please note that a deposited
       check does not equal acceptance into the show. 
  • A $35 fee will be charged each time a check is returned for insufficient funds.
  • Levels of Sponsorship
    There are three distinct levels of sponsorship to fit your individual needs.  In determining your level of sponsorship, please remember that the profits from this Festival are donated to Spotsylvania County to be used for art-related programs.

  • Box gourmet lunches with non-alcoholic beverages for up to 10 people per day
  • Special appreciation announcement and recognition at the Festival

15 x 15 BOOTH SPACE

$2,500: ONE BOOTH SPACE

$5,000: TWO BOOTH SPACES

PLATINUM

  • Your Corporate Logo will be listed on the SAF Website with a link to your Website
    (Please submit a copy of your logo with your application and your web address)
  • Premium booth location
  • Box gourmet lunches with non-alcoholic beverages for up to 15 people per day
  • Special appreciation announcement, recognition by radio and print advertisement(s) and
    special identification at the Festival.
  • An Awards Appreciation Plaque to be presented at the Artist’s Reception, August10

20 x 20 BOOTH SPACE

$7,500: TWO BOOTH SPACES

$10,000: TELL US WHAT YOU REQUIRE

COMMERCIAL VENDOR CANCELLATION

Vendors may cancel a show for any reason, however there will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.

When an applicant is not accepted as an Vendor, their application fee, will be returned.
